We ONLY charge the ACTUAL shipping cost to our customers. The fertilizers are liquid and very heavy and expensive to ship. The TerraCycle fertilizers work SO well that thousands of people still consider it a good value (even with the shipping expense).

Please check the cost to ship 40 pencil pouches. It costs approximately the same to ship 1 pencil pouch as it does 40. The actual shipping expense using UPS will always be at least $3 - $4 (no matter how small the item) to ship from our warehouse in Utah. The fulfillment cost per order is $3 and the cost of the packaging varies.

Other web sites subsidize the shipping cost for small orders with the money made from the large orders but for now we have made the decision to pass on the ACTUAL cost of the shipping to all consumers (even if it is a little disappointing for small orders). We are always seeking better shipping solutions for our customers.

I created this site specifically for TerraCycle so that other people (myself included) could support the TerraCycle mission and buy TerraCycle products online. That is the ONLY reason. I am NOT employed by TerraCycle (I am just a HUGE fan). I designed the site with help from my brother and donated about $30k to create the site and produce the products available on this site. I have personally put up 100% of the money and time to get it these products available online. I take NO money or salary from the site and if there is ANY money left over it is used to sponsor new TerraCycle products. You are directly supporting TerraCycle by buying these products.

I created this site specifically for TerraCycle so that other people (myself included) could buy TerraCycle products. But I soon found out that many of the TerraCycle products were prototypes and hadn't gone into production yet. Sometimes that was due to the fact that they were still collecting the materials to manufacture the products. Other times it was because they were waiting for a large retailer to place an order for the products. I have been funding the production of many of their products myself (because I believe in the concept) which can be seen on shopONLYgreen.com. We are the official online retailer and as such, we carry all the "Available" products for sale. I have been working on getting some more products but the progress has been slow. I apologize that I haven't been able to make more progress. Unfortunately I don't have a time line that I could give you as to when the products will be made available.
